Organic meat is generally antibiotic free. The only antibiotics that would be in organic meat would be for a condition the actual animal lived with, and this would likely make that animal ineligble for organic considerations. The difference between this and regular meat is that regular meat is pumped full of unnneccesary antibiotics, which are both harmful to humans from a digestive standpoint, and also make these antibiotics less effective at curing humans have ailments.
