Is the long-beaked echidna related to the porcupine?

Only inasmuch as all mammals are related to each other. The long-beaked echidna’s closest relatives are the other monotremes, platypi (and the short-beaked echidna, of course). They evolved from partially aquatic animals that returned to living entirely on land, while porcupines are actually rodents.
