Is a lion or tiger faster?

The lion’s top speed is approximately 36 mph, and tigers usually check in around 35 mph. Keep in mind these are both estimates and sustainable over short distances – their predatory techniques rely upon stalking and then ambushing their prey.

Depends on breed and distance (your definition of “fast”)
