    Just to note, the correct acronym is BREEAM. You can read in-detail comparisons on websites listed in citations. According to them, BREEAM is the one with “very exact requirements”. This is due to¬† the regulations in UK being more strict than in US, with the LEED and BREEAM criteria depending strongly on the local regulations.
