Unfortunately, no. Since cold gas is denser, it is believed that you can put more gas into your car if the gas is cold. However, filling up in the morning does not necessarily mean the gas will be cold. There are many factors that could make the gas warm up. And even if the gas was cold, there would be no noticeable increase in savings.
