No – the fears about a black hole consuming the Earth are groundless. See the link below for technical information pertaining to the LHC.
There is a possibility that the LHC will make a black hole, but not one big enough to eat up the earth.
The concerns were that upon startup the Hadron Collider could create a black hole. Well it was started last may and we’re all still here.
