Is it true that almost all the ice at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro has already melted?

The first time the full extent of the ice sheets on Mount Kilimanjaro were measured was 1912. From that year to the last measurement I could find in 2003, there was an 82% decrease in ice cover. The prediction is that there could be no more ice cover on the mountain by as early as 2020.
