It is not too late to set emission reduction goals for tomorrow. The key factor is making the goals ambitious yet attainable. So, for example, you can set a goal to reduce your personal emissions tomorrow by riding your bike instead of taking your car. For a week you can also try to turn your heater off for a greater portion of the day. For the year you can add insulation to your home or apartment. All of these are actions that represent ways to reduce your emissions. The same is true on a global and national scale as well. The goals just need to deal with more complex factors, but essentially still depend on simple courses of action to achieve success.
