Having too much of anything can be bad for your body… even too much of something that is noramlly good for you. While it would be very difficult to take so many vitamins that you would die, but having an excessive amount can have ill effects. Too much Vitamin A can lead to liver damage, hair loss, blurred vision, and headaches. Too much Vitamin B-6 can cause numbness in hands and mouth and can make it difficult to walk. Too much Vitamin D can interfere with muscle and heart funtion. These are just a few examples.
