Most wind turbine models have a self-shutdown feature when wind speeds exceed 45 MPH (or about 20 m/s). This is because keeping the blades turning in winds above 45 MPH could potentially harm the structural integrity of the windmill. Wind speeds of 67 m/s are hurricane force winds, which would probably damage any windmill.
