Is it one specific type of tuna (blue fin, yellowtail, etc.) that I’m not supposed to eat, or is it all of them?

Technically, all fish species have some mercury level but the bigger tuna have higher amounts of mercury due to bioaccumulation.  The smaller tuna species have lower amounts of mercury.  There is no one species to avoid eating, but caution should be taken in consuming most fish species.
