No but it depends. There is legislation from the EU general court banning the sale/trade of seal products in the EU, but Inuit tribes in Canada are suing the EU over this ban. The Inuits have a right according the Canadian law to hunt seal up to 330,000 animals this year, and the EU was one of the main markets for seal pelts, a market the Inuit people relay on.
