This is totally dependent upon which beach you are on. The law about fires on beaches varies from city to city, state to state, country to country. Check local beach information or make a call to find out if you are unlawfully dancing around a bon fire.
Some state parks or national shorelines may allow you to create beach fires as long as you’re a certain distance away from dune grasses or other wildlife. This might mean that the fire needs to be located below the high tide line. The daily wind speed might also affect whether or not building beach bonfires is okay. In some cases, you might need to obtain a permit on the day that you intend to have a seaside fire.
