The recommended daily servings of the meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts food group is 2 to 3 servings. If all of this came from venison, you should eat no more than 4-9 ounces of venison meat per day.
While venison is low in sodium and nutrient rich, it is also high in saturated fat and cholestorel, so be careful!
Eating venison daily is fine, but it would be healthier to vary your proteins a little bit more.
