Most honey bees won’t attack or sting anyone in general unless they feel threatened or become agitated. As long as you properly farm the honey and destroy the bees habitats they will not attack, they only attack to protect themselves, their hives, and their queen. However, there is obviously an innate risk so persons must have the right equipment and make sure to get the right species of bee before starting.
