The coldest temperature ever recorded was in Antarctica: -91 °C (-132 °F)
which is the coldest temperature recorded on earth.

The summit of Mt. Everest at it’s coldest can drop as low as -60° C (-76° F)

So in short, Antarctica! hope this helps!
