This is a very interesting question, and depending on what you mean could be answered two ways. In terms of whether black coffee is better for the world at large, the answer is no. It’s not really important how you have your coffee. What’s important is what kind of coffee you are drinking. If you want to make a positive impact on the world, you should give Fair Trade coffee a try. Fair trade means that everyone who worked to grow and package the product was given a fair wage and fair working conditions. This is very important in developing nations to help encourage self-sufficiency and economic stability. If you want to add some cream or milk to your coffee, you can still do so and make a positive impact on the world. Just try to by locally produced dairy or soy products to support your local farms.
However, if your question was regarding drinking black coffee for your health, I live by the adage, everything in moderation. Thank You.
