You can drink about two to four cups of coffee per day with no negative effects. Drinking four to seven cups of coffee per day can cause some unfavorable issues such as insomnia, high anxiety, nervousness, and muscle tension. Also, the main ingredient we seek in coffee, caffiene is highly addictive. I suggest getting 8 hours or more of sleep (which seems almost impossible, I know!) and eating energy rich foods such as oats and grains and fruit.
