Is it bad to eat a lot of yogurt because of the bacteria?

    It is actually the opposite; the bacteria in yogurt is very healthy and beneficial. “Probiotic” is the term given to these helpful types of bacteria that can be found in yogurt. Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus are the most commonly found types of probiotics. Probiotics reduce diarrhea, help prevent viral infections, and reduce inflammation that is associated with irritable bowels and ulcers.
