Is it bad to cook with olive oil at high temperatures?

    In terms of the environment? No, not really. Studies have shown that cooking with olive oil does emit some amount of carbon dioxide, yet this happens regardless of temperature – as long as the oil is burning. However, the amount of emission is relatively minimal.
