While it is true that birds and other wildlife can become habituated to feeding patterns, its is encoded deep within the bird’s nature to find food and survive. So, I wouldn’t worry about whether or not they will find food with you now gone. They will do everything they can to make it on their own.
One option to help them in the transition is to slowly decrease the amount of food you provide for them, so that they can transition into finding more food for themeselves.
