Well, it is difficult to find a non-biased answer to this. The best information I could find was from the company’s websites themselves. It looks like IHOP makes more positive claims with regards to their environmental practices, including that they work to support humane treatment of animals used to make their food. The actual difference in environmental impact is tough to judge; they serve similar types of food which is likely sourced in similar ways, i.e. I don’t see any claims of using sustainable or organic sources for their food.
