This question is probably better posted to a pet/rodent care board than GreenAnswers. Also…your question isn’t very clear. Are you asking why it’s not growing? It could just be a runt, or it could be sick. Is it showing any symptoms? If you’re really concerned, you can generally find a small-animal vet in most areas.
I’m not a pet expert, but if I were you, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. As long as the mouse is eating it is probably fine. Different critters from the same litter can grow at different rates. Good luck!
