No, gangrene does not always need to be amputated if you treat it quick enough. Below is a link for a “do it yourself way”….not sure how credible this is website is for the kit, but I do know people do not always need amputation.
No, not always. But, a person that develops gangrene should be treated by a medical professional as soon as possible, because it spreads very quickly. Amputation is done if the gangrene is not responding to treatment, to help stop it from spreading more.
