if we take the energy from sun using solar power will it effect the earth at all?

Just to get the idea of the scale… The energy that the sun provides was estimated to be over 1000 times the world’s total energy consumption. More solar energy is absorbed by the Earth in one hour, than the world uses in a year. All non-renewable resources (fossil and nuclear fuel) on Earth can only provide what sun does in half a year. So, with that in mind, it’s unlikely that even widespread use of solar power will make much of a dent, considering that sunspot cycles result in about the same variation.
