To my knowledge nuclear power plants do not produce any carbon so if we were to get all our energy from nuclear power then the carbon output from that sector would be zero. If you mean how much the carbon output of everything, including cars, boats, and such would decrease, I don’t know the percentage but all I can say is that 1999 power plants put 2,244,804 thousand metric tons of CO2 into the atmosphere and that was over a decade ago.
