If we could no longer drink water could we get it from another source?

If all the water on earth somehow became contaminated we would be in a lot of trouble. Non-potable or undrinkable water would have to be filtered and purified, but in the event that this became impossible we would have only a few options. We could try to chemically synthesize water molecules one at a time via a chemical reaction which gives off water, or we could look to outerspace for an alternate source. The nearest source would probably be Mars, where there are signs that there may have once been liquid water which is now frozen in the polar ice caps. The best source, however, would be Jupiter’s frozen ice moon, Europa, which has an frozen surface but possibly (or probably) an underwater sea of liquid water. Getting there (without water) and bringing it back would be the problem!
