If we all stopped breathing for 1 minute how much carbon dioxide could we save?

You would not save any.  The vital reflex to exhale is caused by the fact that carbon dioxide is toxic to the human body, and is both created as a biproduct of cellular respiration and filtered out of the air we breathe.  If you hold your breath for 1 minute, you would just be building up that minute’s worth of carbon dioxide inside your body, and once you exhale it would be released anyway.
