It’s not likely.  Your body may not have responded well to the ingredients in beer or if you drank on an empty stomach that could prolong the feelings of sickness.  If you have drunk alot it could take as long as 24 hours for it to completely leave your system.  The body metabolizes alcohol at a rate of .015 of blood alcohol concdentration (BAC) per hour so for a person with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15 it is going to take 10 hours for their system to be clear (0.15 divided by .015 = 10). Once the alcohol has entered your bloodstream it is removed by a combination of three things: Metabolism, evaporation and excretion. 98% of it is removed by your metabolism, 1% by your breath and the remaining 10% is passed in your urine.
