If it keeps getting hotter will humans evolve to be able to handle it better?

Technically speaking we already have evolved ways to handle the heat. Human beings have not had any major physical evolutions in thousands of years, we have changed little since the days of Cro Magnon man. What has changed is brain size and processing power.

The major benefit to being human is our ability to solve problems. In response to increasing heat humans have invented air conditioners, ice cube makers, and building designs that will reflect more heat than they absorb. It is not likely that human beings will physically evolve to adapt to climate change, especially since there will still be large regional variations.
