if the greenhouse effect increases, how might the crops in northern areas be affected

Not too many crops are grown in northern areas. The soil doesn’t have as many nutrients as places that do grow a lot of crops. The north will see a longer growing season, although the rain pattern might not match up with what is needed for increased growth. Climate change will negatively effect crops in the major food production areas.
