One of the biggest issues of the ‘green movement’ is urban infrastructure – a lot of cities in America just aren’t set up for a large, mass transit infrastructure. Sustainability means moving from cars to carpooling to other ways of transportation. As cities grow more sustainable, other methods of transportation are being introduced to make traveling to and from work easier and less harsher on the environment. That doesn’t mean less time in transit to and from work – but it does mean that there will be a lot more options.
