If all of our ice melted would we have any fresh water left?

The problem is that we would not be alive to experience life after the melting. Unless humans could live on the water we would not live through the drastic rise in the sea level. However, we have the technology to make fresh water from salt water so if we did survive we would be able to make more fresh water.
