If all the bees disappeared how can we pollinate our plants?

There are many animals that can pollinate plants including humming birds, butterflies, wasps, and other insects. The problem would be that plants and their pollinates often co-evolve in a way that would prohibit other pollinators from doing the job. So if one of these specialized plants loses it’s pollinator there is not much we can do. The website below has some interesting information including activities we could do to support pollinator populations.
