    The current IBM Code of Conduct involves supplier agreements, Conflict Mineral policy and procurement for electronics. IBM Global Supply has an internal on-line course available to members of its worldwide team involved with sourcing and supplier management. The course is titled Supply Chain Social Responsibility and deals with all aspects of the Code and deployment to suppliers providing goods and services to IBM.
    Specifically, IBM will now require all of its suppliers to:

    • define, deploy, and sustain a corporate responsibility and environmental management system;
    • measure performance and establish voluntary environmental numeric goals
    • publicly disclose results associated with these voluntary environmental goals and other environmental aspects of the management system
