There are many options. There is the laptop lunch box that is made bento box style from BPA free plastic. There are also a number of stainless steel lunchboxes available from retailers like planetbox. There are also boxes that feature cloth sacks and stainless steel components. The ones using steel are more expensive, but will probably last longer than their plastic counterparts.
Any reusable container (or container that is being reused) is eco-friendly in its own right. Try to use reusable packaging for all individual items you pack, thus further reducing waste products in your lunchbox. Cloth and synthetic lunch bags are becoming more popular, and cooler/insulated bags are a good way to keep your lunch cold all day without using refrigeration.
