Likely they are still settling, or getting used to their new environment and the altered levels of sunlight. If the roots are still alive, and ntohing is preying on the buds, it may siply take some time for the shock of replanting to wear off, and depending on when you transplanted them, they may simply not have recovered yet. Give them time.
