First of all, did you mean potato or tomato? Second of all, there is no straight-forward answer to this. It depends on a lot of factors: Sunlight, proper watering, proper drainage, pollination, if you are using fertilizer or not, what varieties of potato or tomato you are planting (some varieties take longer to mature than others.) Maybe be more specific with your question and we can narrow it down.

From personal experience I would say that the earliest you could expect tomatoes is about 60 days. On average it will prob be 70 to 85 days. The link below is to a seed site that tells you how long it will take.
