I couldn’t find any results that fruits were natural inflammatories, but I found a bunch saying that a lot of fruits and vegetables were actually natural ANTI-inflammatories. Fruits like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, and cherries contain polyphenols which are known anit-inflammatories, and red grapes, red and yellow onions, garlic, broccoli and apples all contain Quertcetin that is a natural anti-inflamatory.
Members of the nightshade family, like tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, huckleberries and eggplants are pro-inflammatory.
