Assuming you mean 7.5cm long, it may be a white pine. That is the only Five needle pine native to the eastern part of North America.
No, I mean the needles are 75 cm (30 inches) long in pendulous clumps. Since they are 5-needled fascicles it can’t be P. palustris can it? It is growing in a garden in eastern NSW, Australia.
