I have a czar plum tree which blossoms every year but just as the fruit begins to form they all fall off leaving the tree bare of all fruit

    This is a natural process and I assume there is nothing wrong with your tree. Alot of fruit tree’s have their fruit fall off early and then ripen later to be eaten by animals where their seeds are digested and then spread throughout the area.

    I would suggest removing the fruit earlier and leaving in a basket to ripen later. However, if you mean to say that the fruit falls off clearly before it should then perhaps there is something wrong with the tree. If this is so then it is probably simply a genetic phenomena and there is little you can do to help it.
