I am trying to source 100000 high bounce balls for a fund raising project. I would like my purchase to be inline with good conservation/sustainable materials. Cuuld anyone recommend materials that fit my needs?

I have quotes using, pp plastic, pe plasitc and rubber, I see problems with all of these, however which would be best?

While both plastics you mention can be recycled, only propylene plastic can degrade naturally, so that one might be preferable over polyethylene. Polyethylene trash makes up part of the Pacific Garbage Patch. As far as rubber sources, it depends on the type of rubber (natural or synethetic) as well as the sustainability of the rubber plantation it might come from.
