Tornadoes have an average height of 100 to 300 metres and a rotational velocity of 40 to 150 metres per second.
Tornados can differ in size from a few feet to half a mile. There is no direct relationship between the height of a tornado and the width, most tornadoes don’t change in width even if they get taller (or shorter).
