Climate change has taken its toll on the world’s reefs. Warmer water temperatures have caused reefs to die, eliminating an important food species for many fish and devastating the entire ecosystem in some oceans.
In addition, warmer temperatures melts glaciers around the north and south pole, leading to higher sea and ocean levels wordlwide.
