It is more acidic.
specifically, “normal” rain is acidic with a pH of around 6; below about 5.5 would be called acid rain. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acid_rain
As an interesting aside the pH of fog in Los Angeles has been measured at 2.0, which is around the acidity of lemon juice.
