These are not systematically recorded as they are normally told through anecdotal evidence and don’t usually end with injury or death. They are normally passive or skittish, fleeing immediately when humans come near.
Nearly all of deer attacks are provoked by people getting to close or harassing them. They attack by biting, trampling, butting, goring. To avoid them either climb a tree or use a tree as a shield to block them.
