How often do changes in the shape of Earth’s orbit occur?

The Milankovitch Cycles describe how the orbit of the Earth changes, which in turn affects climate patterns longterm.  Eccentricity is the change in the shape of the Earth’s orbit, and right now the Earth’s orbit around the sun is nearly a perfect circle.  There is a 3% variation between when we are closest to the sun and when we are furthest away.  Over the time of 95,000 years, the orbit changes from from a thin ellipse to a circle and then back again.
