This is an impossible question to answer. First of all the amount of home and community gardens in the industrialized world are minimal and do not produce much of the total percentage of crops. However in a developing country, there may be more home and community gardens, but even then it’s not a large percentage. The majority of the world’s food is grown on large farms. If anything, you can find out what percentage of a certain crop is grown in a certain region.
