How much wind power did Texas add to their grid last year?

Texas added 2,292 MW of power to their grid in 2009, a few hundred less than in 2008, in which it added 2,671 MW — at the end of 2009, the total capacity was 9,410 MW.  The reining back in 2009 is due to the low price of Natural Gas, which caused T. Boone Pickens, the money behind the wind-push, to shift his efforts to natural gas use in transportation.
