How much water is used to produce a laptop, ipod, or cell phone?

I’m doing a research project on “secret water usage” and wanted to find out, if possible, how much water is used to produce a laptop (dell, mac, etc.), an Ipod/ipad, a cell phone, tv, etc. Anything related to technology and water would be useful information!

The water needed to make a laptop could wash roughy 70 loads of laundry in a standard washing machine.

GE designed a semiconductor factory that requires millions of liters of purified water a day in order to make chips for cell phones, because the wafers all need to be washed more than 30 times.
